Our Charity Partner - Shooting Star Children's Hospices

Grabby Bag Ltd has partnered up with a charity that embodies characteristics in line with the core values and ethos of the company. This amazing charity was once a direct lifeline to the founders' family through one of the most difficult circumstances a family can face, that of a terminally ill child. During these challenging circumstances, Shooting Star Children's Hospices provided support, hope and even light relief at an otherwise unpredictable and strenuous time.

We are thrilled to support Shooting Star Children's Hospices by donating 25p of each Grabby Bag sold to this outstanding Charity, to help them raise funds and provide such care to other families in need.

Shooting Star Children's Hospices' Head of Corporate Engagement, Anne Carey, states:

"Shooting Star Children’s Hospices are delighted to be partnering with Grabby Bag Ltd to help raise vital funds to support children with life-limiting conditions and their families. As a leading children’s hospice, the charity supports families from diagnosis to end of life and throughout bereavement with a range of nursing, practical, emotional and medical care. It costs Shooting Star Children’s Hospices £10 million a year to maintain our vital care service, and with only 10% coming from the government, we rely on supporters like Grabby Bag Ltd to help us to raise the funds we need."
